A Cinema-Grade Acoustic Placement Tool for AAX, AU and VST3. Engineered exclusively for re-recording mixers and sound editors, CleverPan places mono dialogue, foley, and effects directly into the acoustic reality of your frame. By combining camera-relative physics with on-set impulse responses, it embeds your sound source inside the scenery. It doesn't generate an effect, it reconstructs distance.

Testimonials

What editors and mixers say

  • "Clever Pan is a tool that makes a lot of things easy and smooth. Back in the day, you needed layers of reverbs and eq and a long time second guessing where to place it. But with CleverPan you open it on a track and you know where to place the element."

Paul Kruz — Audio Post Specialist

  • « I used CleverPan on dialogue for scenes below deck, in combination with Altiverb. I also created a CleverPan aux for sound effects like footsteps approaching starting off camera — works pretty well. I could achieve similar in a traditional way, but this is much faster and easier to do. No bugs, all the automation I used works"

George Flores — Re recording mixer/Sound designer

    IMDB

  • "We recently used the Cleverpan plugin on a documentary set in mountainous areas, where wildlife and domestic animals needed that special kind of far away in the valley distance sound. Cleverpan worked perfectly for this, both when inserted on a track, but also when quickly printing through the Audiosuite part. Very fast and effective way of working with the plugin, and getting the wanted sound. Congratulations on creating a very useful plugin."

Mikkel Nielsen — 3 nominations Golden Reel Award

    IMDB

  • "This is the AnyMix Pro replacement I’ve been looking for… on steroids!!"

Tom Lowe — Sound Designer/Dubbing Mixer
