3.1. Order Process and Payment
All payments made on our website are securely handled by our third-party partner, FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC). As the Merchant of Record, FastSpring formally manages the checkout flow, secure payment processing, invoicing, and worldwide tax compliance (including the automated collection of EU VAT and local US sales taxes). Upon completing a purchase, the transaction will appear under the name "FastSpring" on your bank or credit card statement.
3.2. License Delivery (Cryptlex)
Once your order has been successfully validated and approved by FastSpring, the generation and digital delivery of your unique software activation key is fully automated via our licensing partner, Cryptlex. A dedicated user account is automatically provisioned for you during this process and remains linked to your software license.
3.3. Subscription and Installment Management
Note: Subscription and recurring payment terms are not currently applicable to CleverPan. Where applicable to other ZoneD products, recurring payments are processed automatically by FastSpring. License renewals within Cryptlex update automatically following a successful charge. In the event of a payment default, FastSpring initiates a standard dunning recovery process, and the associated software license will be automatically suspended via Cryptlex if payment fails.
3.4. Invoicing and Bookkeeping
Following a successful purchase, a digital invoice is issued and emailed to you directly by FastSpring. On our end, transaction records are automatically synchronized with our accounting software (MEG) to generate our official corporate accounting ledgers, applying correct cross-border VAT, export rules, and fiscal regulations currently in effect.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of software plugin licenses (hereinafter referred to as "the Products") offered on the website zoned.pro by Cédric Denooz.
Article 2: Order Process and "Merchant of Record"
To handle international orders securely and seamlessly at scale, we partner with the FastSpring platform (Bright Market, LLC). Legally, FastSpring acts as the Merchant of Record and official reseller of our Products. By finalizing your order, you enter into a direct purchase transaction with FastSpring, which assumes responsibility for secure payment capture, invoicing, and localized tax handling. FastSpring will appear as the billing entity on your financial statements.
Article 3: Pricing and Taxes
Product prices are displayed on our website. During checkout, FastSpring automatically calculates, displays, and appends the appropriate localized taxes (such as European VAT or US state sales taxes) based on the buyer's geographical location. Official digital invoices are generated and delivered to the customer by FastSpring immediately following payment confirmation.

Our Products are purely digital goods. As soon as payment validation is confirmed by FastSpring, the generation and delivery of your license key are handled automatically by our partner Cryptlex. The customer will instantly receive an automated email containing full software download instructions along with their unique activation key generated by Cryptlex.
Article 5: Subscription Management (Where Applicable)
For any products sold via an active subscription model or a rent-to-own plan, recurring billing cycles are automated entirely by FastSpring. If a recurring payment fails or defaults, authorized access to the software license via Cryptlex will be suspended automatically.
Article 6: Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of software plugins, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of the Cryptlex license activation. All refund requests must be sent directly to our customer support team at contact-cleverpan@zoned.pro. Our team will review the request and technically issue the refund credit through our partner FastSpring's billing platform.
Article 7: Intellectual Property
The purchase of a Product through FastSpring grants you a non-exclusive end-user license managed via Cryptlex. This transaction does not transfer any intellectual property rights. ZoneD / Cédric Denooz retains full, exclusive copyright and ownership of all sold software plugins, source code, and associated assets.
Article 8: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. For any matters strictly relating to payment processing, payment security, or transaction fraud, the native terms of sale of FastSpring—accepted by the user during checkout—shall take legal precedence.
